Brasswork Agency is Justin Rickles, a musician and sound engineer from Chicago now making noise in Los Angeles. Past releases on Scander Records, Communique Records, Plex Records, m3rck Records, Auxprocess, Lefthouse Recordings. Past aliases include The FMs (Native State Records), Heavy Petting (Bypass and Select Media compilations), Sinuous (High Octane Recordings, Dark Techno Records), Woman is the New Man (Auxprocess). Since January 2009 Justin Rickles took over as sound engineer and production supervisor for all dance clubs at Avalon Hollywood coordinating the sound system and show requirements for top international DJs, electronic musicians and other various entertainers. Justin is also stage manager for festivals by The Do Lab, front of house engineer for Adam Freeland's band Freeland and for Stewart Cole's Kalikuta Republic, and occasional sound engineer for the LA techno crew, Droog. |
